Craig has worked as a real estate broker, consultant, senior leasing executive and investor during his 10+ years in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Pinpoint Retail, Craig was a VP with Glimcher Group, managing all leasing activities in the company’s 4,000,000+ SF shopping center portfolio and leading the company’s brokerage division for over 7 years. He was a key member of the executive team responsible for expanding the company’s reach by acquiring multiple grocery-anchored “value add” shopping centers in the northeastern region. Prior to Glimcher, Craig spent 4 years with CBRE as a VP in the company’s Retail Services Group (Pittsburgh office). During that time, he was a vital part of one of the company’s highest-producing retail brokerage teams in the country.
With over 20 years of experience in the retail real estate industry, Michelle has worked as a tenant representation broker for ULTA Beauty, Darden Restaurant Group, Ignite Restaurant Group, Starbucks Coffee Company, Noodles & Company, Pier 1, Carters/Osh Kosh, GameStop, Regis Salons and UPS Store in the Western/Central Pennsylvania and West Virginia DMAs. In addition to tenant representation, Michelle represented third-party landlords such as Kimco Realty and Developers Diversified as Director of Retail Services, marketed and leased over 8.5 million square feet of commercial retail space owned and managed internally, and completed transactions with major mall developers Simon, PREIT, and Developers Diversified. Michelle has a background in Real Estate Geographical Information Systems specializing in analyzing data to evaluate existing and potential retail patterns and trends. She was also responsible for analyzing and assembling contiguous land parcels for purchase and development.
Anna started her brokerage career at CBRE, the top real estate services company in the world. While working alongside the Executive Vice President and Northeast Director of the Retail Services Group, she was involved in all aspects of servicing the company’s landlord and retailer clients, including project leasing, site identification and selection, market analysis, and lease negotiation. Prior to her time at CBRE, Anna pursued a degree in Urban Development at The College of William and Mary while working with KGA Partners, LLC, a Pittsburgh-based commercial real estate development firm. She was responsible for supporting the accounting department with their receivables and payables, financial analysis and reporting to the owner, and managing general office systems and procedures. She also supported the firm’s legal, construction, financing, leasing and site engineering efforts.
