In order to shake off the “dead mall” stigma, ignite fresh interest from retailers, generate positive PR, and build anticipation among consumers, we worked with developer LRC Realty on a top-to-bottom re-branding for the 350,000 square foot center — including a new name and logo, website, social media, signage, messaging, email marketing, and more.
